Steering shakes when braking on the highway β€” rotors?

80–100 km/h, steering wheel shudders under hard brake. Pads look okay. Is this warped rotors, cheap pads, or suspension? What fixed it for you?

Pedal/steering pulse under braking = usually thickness variation on rotors. Fix: new quality rotors + pads, torque lug nuts properly, bed-in pads. Turning (machining) thin rotors is a temporary save at best. Also check wheel bearings if it growls.

Replaced rotors+pads as a set β€” pulse gone. Pads-only made it worse after 2 weeks.
